Therapy for PASTORS’ WIVES
When You’re Supporting Everyone Else, But You Feel Empty Inside
As a pastor’s wife, you carry a unique weight — the silent expectations, emotional isolation, and pressure to appear “put together.” But beneath the surface, you may feel unseen, exhausted, and alone in your pain.
Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:
struggling to stay focused and productive
experiencing low self esteem
trying to meet the expectations of others
bitter and resentful towards your partner and/or ministry
…THERAPY FOR PASTORS’ WIVES CAN HELP.
YOU CAN RECHARGE.
YOU CAN FIND JOY.
YOU CAN RECONNECT.
Together, we’ll work through:
Emotional overwhelm, burnout, or compassion fatigue
The impact of ministry stress on your marriage or faith
How to find your voice and boundaries again
Healing from hidden wounds and rediscovering joy
You don’t have to hold it all together. This is where you can finally exhale.

In each session we’ll work on getting to the core of your challenges and working towards your goals. In a judgment free space you can expect to talk things through and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

Ideally, it’d be great to have this experience with your partner. However, for many reasons that isn’t the case for everyone. Our work together will focus on not only understanding yourself but exploring YOU in the context of your relationship. You’ll obtain the tools you need to support your husband and feel empowered to achieve your personal goals and ambitions. You’ll learn to move from reactivity brought on by pain to a place of connection as you explore peace.

The mere thought of starting therapy can be overwhelming. I can answer any questions during a 20 minute consultation to hopefully relieve some of the anxiety you may be experiencing. We’ll explore some of your challenges and goals as well. If you find that we’re a good fit we’ll schedule our first session and start the journey towards healing.
