  • Financial therapy is a rather new concept for many. Most people focus on spreadsheets and budgets when trying to get finances under control. Financial therapy explores the thoughts, emotions and beliefs about finances that affect why we handle our money the way that we do. Yeah, we’ll dive into the numbers and set some goals… but the focus is on exploring the past so that you understand your money mindset and behaviors. That’s true financial freedom!

  • You can expect to spend at minimum anywhere from 6-10 sessions exploring your money mindset and setting goals. We can meet on a weekly or biweekly basis… the pace is totally up to you.

  • I’m sure you’ve tried a bunch of things to manage your money and the thought of starting something new can be overwhelming. I can answer any questions during a 20 minute consultation to hopefully relieve some of the anxiety you may be experiencing. We’ll explore some of your challenges and goals as well. If you find that we’re a good fit we’ll schedule our first session and start the journey towards healing.
