Hi…I’m Lauren.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Financial Therapist based in New York. I help couples and individuals navigate the emotional, relational, and practical challenges that come with being human — from infidelity and betrayal to communication breakdowns, disconnection, and financial stress.

My work centers on helping people rebuild trust, deepen understanding, and create healthier patterns — both emotionally and financially. While I specialize in infidelity recovery and relational repair, I also support couples who simply feel stuck, distant, or ready to strengthen their connection before things fall apart.

Because money often touches every part of a relationship, I bring a unique lens as a Certified Financial Therapist. For some clients, that means untangling the emotional roots of money conflicts. For others, it’s more about emotional healing, rebuilding intimacy, and learning to feel safe with each other again.

No matter what brings you here, my goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, and supported as you heal and grow. You don’t have to go through this in isolation — I’d be honored to walk with you through it.
